To change the message shown in the top left hand corner of your FE reservation form please access Manage Restaurant / Custom Text - enter text required in the bottom of the two boxes.
To change your term and conditions please access Manage Restaurant / T&C's and edit as appropriate. If relevant, you can embed a copy of your Company's Privacy Policy here.
To start using the diary - please refer to our user guide in the left hand menu and refer to the section on "Working Within Diary Pages".
Bookings can be delivered by Fax (chargeable), SMS (chargeable) or email (not chargeable) - but all appear in your diary in real time.

To switch off reservations operators can use the setting in "Alter restaurant details / Other Details" or simply use the traffic lights on the diary page.

RdEXpress.net online reservations is a web based application designed to work on Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 5.5 .
Internet Explorer Settings
Users should enable cookies, JavaScript and add the following sites to their trusted sites in Internet Explorer:-

Under trusted sites you should set "Custom Level" to:-
Automatic prompting for file downloads to "Enable"
File download - "Enable"
Access Data across different domains “Enable”
Pop up blocker “Disable”
In all cases IE settings should be as follows:-
1. Cookies should be enabled;
2. Internet Security level should be "Medium";
3. Privacy level should be "Medium";
4. JavaScript should be enabled.
Also, you should ensure the cache is not full on any machine - please go to:-
IE / Tools / Internet Options and delete temporary files, plus, under Advanced settings, you should enable "Empty temporary Internet files folder when browser is closed".
